Disaster mitigation and earthquake disaster emergency management in Japan

Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduced the related situation concerning the disaster mitigation and earthquake disaster emergency practices in Japan by focusing on its system and technology. Hyogo Prefecture Disaster Management Center and Tokyo Prefecture Disaster Management Center, the most representative in Japan, provide us a good example for improving our work on disaster mitigation and earthquake disaster emergency.
