Abstract: A dynamically visualized service and seismic data processing system that can be used for data share was developed and constructed in this paper. The choice of network programming mode in this service system is briefly introduced, and ISAPI (Internet Server Application Program Interface) technique mode is selected to realize dynamic service. The design and realization of dynamically Internet service including the programming language, running environment, database and the technical flow, are presented in detail. Seismic catalogue and seismic sequence catalogue used for dynamically visualized service is stored and managed by Microsoft SQL Server Database. In this database, the items of the strong earthquake, micro-earthquake and 7 seismic sequence catalogues are totaled up to 4227, 188033 and 50072 respectively. As a result, the key functions of this service system are emphatically listed in this paper, including seismic catalogue service and seismic sequence data analysis and processing.

Key words: ISAPI technology, Visualized process, Dynamic service, Seismic data
