Abstract: The magnetic field and the electronic field are two interdepending aspects of the electro-magnetic field. It is helpful to further develop this specific topic that we should observe and analyze them comprehensively as a new seismic short-term and impending precursor method of electronic-magnetic disturbance field. It has been proved that the precursory anomalies of electromagnetic radiation include the change of both magnetic component and electronic compo-nent within certain distance before comparatively strong earthquakes by systematically comparing observations and comprehensively analyzing and studying based on the data from the long-term observations at several stations. In addition, the magnetic and electronic anomalies usually (emerge in the short-term and impending phase before a comparatively strong event, so it is the development direction of the study and application of seismic electronic-magnetic distur-bance while the magnetic component and the electronic component should be received simulta-neously.
