Abstract: The Pingliang C11 well is unique one for digital observation and simulation of the under-ground liquid in Gansu province. We can get the digital data from Sep. 2001. The digital data have following strongpoints: more information, transmitted more quickly and less artificial error than simulative observation. In this paper, the water level, atmospheric pressure, water temperature data of Pingliang C11 well are analyzed. The results show that the water level data have the good dynamic consistency between the digital data and simulative data. It shows the good correlation of the digital water level and digital atmospheric pressure. The dynamic water level data in the digital and simulative observation are better than water temperature ones. The digital observation of water level is affected by the tidal factor obviously. The tidal factor of M2 is quite stable (the average value is 1.1538), and the relative error is small (the average value is 0.0215).
