Abstract: The reason causing slow decrease of the of resistivity observational data in late more than 10 years is investigated through correlative analyses on the data of observation of resistivity and the data of rainfall and water level of deep well and shallow well at Baodi station, and combining with the analysis of geohydrology and tectonic setting. The result shows that the tendency of the secular fall off of resistivity is mainly associated with the decrease of hydraulic discharge within the anticline with hydrolysis fracture, and the fluctuation of resistivity in short term is affected by the variation of the shallow level caused by rainfall.
