Abstract: The article reviews the five developing stages of earthquake occurrence site's works as society and economy progress in our country; Then summarizes the five aspects for preparedness before earthquake occurrence, including personnel, technique, system, equipment, physical power and psychological factor; Later, introduces the working content, working guide and some problems of earthquake analysis and prediction, such as earthquake monitoring, emergency search and rescue, earthquake disaster loss evaluate, seismological field survey, safety assessment of building, communication support, earthquake knowledge and logistics support and so on.
