Abstract: In this paper the authors have analyzed the data of mobile geodetic deformations across faults along the boundary of Qinghai-Xizang block. Studied dynamic evolution and spatial distribution of fault movement. The results show that the incidence area of earthquake preparation of the Kunlunshankou earthquake(Ms = 8. 1) reached the peripheral region of Qinghai-Xizang block. The fault movement is the strongest in the tectonic belt, where the seismogenic fault is situated. Comparing and analyzing the macroscopic dynamics of integral faulting activity of tectonic block is useful ro judge the danger zone for strong earthquakes. The stress after earthquakes will be migrated and concentrated to Xiqinling tectonic belt and its neighboring area.
