Abstract: In this paper, several methods to process tidal data were analyzed. In order to extract the short-term anomaly, the approaches to deal with tidal data were given, and the formula concerning tidal calculating method has been deduced and developed.By calculating various deformation data in North China and Southwest China regions, some tidal parameters such as tidal factors and loading and unloading response ratios (LURR)were extracted and analyzed. The short-term tidal anomaly in and around focal region was stressed. The characteristics of variation of these parameters were discussed.
