Abstract

Abstract: The construction of basic database for earthquake emergency response isone of the core contents of earthquake emerg ency response. The basic database for earthquake emerg ency response beingestablished exceeds any otherdatabase built before in the fields of data contents and the involveddepartments. In this paper, the significance and definition of the basic database for earthquake emerg ency response, data contents, function of the database, con-struction methods etc. are discussed and explained, which is a summary conclusion of the work we built the database in the previous stage.
