Abstract: For a long time, problems of multi-system, multi-format, and multi-workflow exist in the management of precursory observation data, and these problems bring great difficulties for the application of data. In order to solve these problems, migration of historical precursory observation data into the current database system is implemented, and problems like code corresponding, unit transformation, data jointing, errors correcting, database structure, and data exchanging, are solved successfully. This brings great convenience to data application, and improves the capability of data management and sharing. This paper introduces the content, the workflow and software, the difficulties, the results, and problems need to solve in next step.
