摘要： 应用“九五”研究成果,根据较大地震发生时间间隔不断缩短,较大地震地方平太阴时夹角较小以及稍小地震的密集发生,对1998年3月19日新疆阿图什6.0级地震作出了较好的预报。

Abstract: Based on the shortening time interval of larger earthquakes, the smaller crossing angle of local mean lunar time of larger earthquakes and the frequent occurrence of small earthquakes, the earthquake with Ms 6.0 occurred in Atushi, Xinjiang in March 19, 1998, was well predicted by using the study results of the Ninth five-year plan.
