以昆仑山口西地震为例研究GPS基线长度与方向对地震的敏感性

Taking Kunlun Mountain Earthquake as example to research the sensibility of earthquake to GPS baseline length and direction

摘要: 应用中国地壳观测网络GPS基准站连续观测资料, 研究了昆仑山口西地震前后基线长度及方向的变化特征; 根据昆仑山口西地震破裂方向, 讨论了不同方位基线变化特征的差异性; 从理论上探讨了基线长度与基线方向变化对地震的灵敏性问题。 研究结果表明: ① 当基线方向与地震破裂方向近于一致时, 基线长度的灵敏性要高于基线方向的灵敏性; ② 当基线方向与地震破裂方向近于垂直时, 基线方向的灵敏性要高于基线长度的灵敏性; ③ 当基线方向与地震破裂方向近似于45°时, 基线长度和基线方向对地震都有一定程度的反映, 同时在震前有可能出现明显的变化。

Abstract: Using the data of Crustal Movement Network of China, the authors studied the characteristics of base line length and direction before and after Kunlun Mountain earthquake. According to the ruptured direction of Kunlun Mountain earthquake, the authors discussed the base line change characteristic difference in the different bearing, and theoretically discussed the sensibility problem that change of length and direction of base line to the earthquake. The study shows that, ① when base line direction and earthquake fracture direction tend to be consistent, the sensibility of base line length is higher than base line direction; ② when the base line direction and earthquake fracture direction tend to be vertical, the sensibility of base line direction is higher than base line length; ③ when the base line direction and earthquake direction tend to be an angle with 45° or so, the base line length and direction show a certain influence on the earthquake, at the same time, probably appear obvious changes before the earthquake.
