Abstract: In this article, the authors introduced the Service System of Information Network in National Center for Seismic Precursory Station Network (SSIN) . Anew idea is used to realize consolidation of the precursory data acquisition, management, processing and sharing, and to solve the historical problem of big precursory data, complicated fabric and difficult management. This article also introduces the technical advancement of the four key links including precursory data acquisition, management, processing and sharing from system com position, network configuration and technical characteristics. Especially, in the seismic precursory database building, the authors give up the general frame idea of database, break the restriction of configurable data type, and make the length of field adjustable and the digit of field alterable. In this article, web server of SSIN building on groundwork of Internet network was also introduced, everyone in charge of analysis and prediction can acquire history data and the newest precursory data from SSIN. SSIN givesa solid base for precursor data sharing service.
