Abstract: According to “categ ories and Code of Earthquake-related Data, Part 1: Basic Categ ories”, a professional standard of the People's Republic of China issued by Chinese Seismological Bureau, a data base about the information of seismic data resources and a seismic information service system have been setup. They can provide timely, complete and reliable information of seismic science data for government departments, researchers, and for the publics.
