Abstract: The project will apply random function theory in spatial-temporal characteristics research on seismic energy field of risk areas of North-South Seismic Belt in recent years. We discussed the spatiotemporal features about the energy field of the regional seismic activity before, 2014 Jinggu MS6.6 earthquake. The results show that before the Jinggu MS6.6 earthquake, the four key eigenvalues corresponding to the time weight factors of the typical energy field before Jinggu earthquake showed very evident rising and dropping changes. The spatial image of the key typical fields has showed danger zone of high abnormal value of local energy. The spatial image of the key typical fields has showed danger zone of high abnormal value of local energy. So, there is average abnormal energy field before the Jinggu earthquake. The method also predicts risk area of strong earthquake. We obtained the model of abnormal development and change by the evolution of spatial anomalies over time before and after the Jinggu earthquake. Finally, we explained the mechanism of abnormal formation from the physical angle using cumulative frequency of seismic data.
