Abstract: The pseudo-3D finite element seismicity model is dev eloped The main wo rk is that the break occurrence time is determined by using stress Moo recircle method for the cell with non-assumed broken direction. The method is used on a theoretical mode, and some results are obtained. Based on these researches, the model is used in North China, and some preliminary results are obtained. These results provide a possible way to use seismicity theoretical model into practical seismicity.
