Abstract: We introduce a new kind of high-resolution temperature sensor based on Pt1000 and balanced Wheatstone bridge. The experimental tests show that the temperature sensor has good performance on precision, stability, and resolution. The resolution of the testing temperature can reach at 1×10-5℃. The range of testing temperature is adjustable, which meets the need of measurements in different environmental temperatures. It can be widely used and can be connected with the general data acquisition system to build up high precision temperature observation system.
