Abstract: In this text the authors introduce a software which can download earthquake catalogue from FTP or HTTPS server. Using this software can acquire earthquake catalogue only in condition of landing web, not to inquire or land any website. Common users can obtain earthquake catalogue from any share website,so do the Apnet and Dahuabei (Great North China) users. The earthquake catalogue which obtained from the website can be exchanged to self-defined or standard format. This system is a modularized and delaminated program and supplied with software interface,so it can be developed further.
