河北地区与地震有关的电磁扰动现象

摘要: 电磁扰动观测是开展地震监测预报的一种新方法。 河北省地震局从1981年开展地震电磁扰动观测试验研究, 经过20多年的连续观测和对地震预报方法的探索, 在首都圈地区和河北省地震监测预报工作中发挥了较好的作用。 该稿根据“数字地震前兆地电观测方法标准”项目要求, 自2005年9月至2006年5月对河北地区地震电磁观测台网8个台站的电磁扰动观测资料进行了清理, 对首都圈范围内5次较明显的中强地震前出现的电磁扰动异常变化和异常特征进行了认真分析。 针对对电磁扰动观测的优势和潜力以及在电磁扰动观测中出现的一些问题进行了讨论。

Abstract: The electromagnetism disturbance observation is a new method of seismic monitoring and forecasting. Earthquake administration of Hebei Province has started to study the electromagnetism disturbance observation since 1981. After more than 20 years′ observation and exploration of earthquake forecasting methods, the research results play an important role in the seismic monitoring and forecasting in the Capital Circle Region and Hebei Province. In this paper, we cleared up the electromagnetism disturbance observation data, colleted from 8 stations in Hebei area from Sept. 2005 to May 2006, basing on the demand of “the code of digital observation method of the earthquake precursor and the earth electricity” projected by the Earthquake Administration of China. We also studied the distinct anomaly and characteristics of the electromagnetism disturbance before 5 moderately strong earthquakes in Capital Circle Region and discussed the advantage, potential and some other problems in the electromagnetism disturbance observation.
