地下电磁源在地表产生的地电场特性探讨

摘要: 地震前地电场的异常前兆信号来自于固体地球的内部, 研究和认识源自地球内部地电场的特性对识别震前地电前兆异常信号是非常重要的。 数值计算和分析表明, 地下场源的尺度或范围很大时在地表观测到的地电场强度也会大大增强, 地下电偶极源长度的变化会极大影响地表所观测到的地电场强度。 在地下源和其它结构参数不变的情况下, 覆盖层逐渐变厚时地表地电场变化逐渐趋向于一个稳定值; 当覆盖层之下岩层的电阻率越高时, 地表观测到的地电场强度也越大。 研究结果认为, 在考虑震源区产生电流量的大小问题时, 电偶极距的作用不能被忽略。

Abstract: The precursory signals of the geoelectric field preceding earthquakes come form the inner of the solid earth, and it is very important to study the characteristics of it. The calculation and analysis in this paper indicate that the strength of geoelectric field would be greatly accelerated when the dimension or scope of geoelectric source region is large. The variation of the length of the electric dipole would influence violently the strength of geoelectric field observed at the ground station. The variation of the geoelectric field would approach a steady value with the increase of the thickness of overburden layers. When the resistivity of rock layer under the overburden becomes high, the strength of geoelectric field observed on the ground would increases relatively. In studying the magnitude of current produced in the focal zone, the action of the polar distance of geoelectric dipole would not be neglected.
