异常频次速率法在内蒙古地区的应用研究及检验

摘要: 在“九五”各前兆学科异常识别方法、标志体系学习研究的基础上,着重对适合内蒙古地区的前兆异常识别方法进行了应用研究,提取部分异常识别方法,对半年、月异常频次速率法进行了深入研究。主要运用地下流体资料对1996年包头西6. 4级地震和1998年张北6. 2级地震进行了中期、短期地震危险性检验。并对该方法的中、短期地震危险性预测效能进行了比较客观的检验和评价。结果表明,二次地震前的半年、月异常频次速率法处理的异常率明显大于原始图像异常率,证明该方法在中期和短期预测上具有一定应用和推广价值。

Abstract: In this paper, the author carried out the applied study on the method of anomaly recognition and mark system for the precursor subject of the " 95" key problems in Inner Mon-golia area. The half year and month anomaly frequency velocity rate has been studied in adeep going way. The medium-and short-term forecast has been tested for the Baotou 6. 4 earth-quake in 1996 and Zhangbei 6. 2 earthquake in 1998. Alsoobjectively tested and appraised the ability of the medium-and short-term forecast of this method. The result shows that the anomaly frequency velocity rate is better than the anomaly rate of theoriginal figure before the two earthquakes. Therefore, the results obtained show that this method can be applied to the medium-and short-term prediction more effectively.
