摘要： 通过对中国地震局分析预报中心成立 20年来的回顾及展望, 介绍了中心成立的原由 ,它的职责、任务, 所做的工作 ,取得的成绩及其在我国防震减灾工作中的作用与地位。面对 21世纪防震减灾工作的更高要求和我国科技管理体制深化改革的大趋势, 展望了分析预报中心的定位与走向。

Abstract: The foundation, main task, achievements and its role in earthquake disaster reduction in our country of the Center for Analysis and Prediction (CAP) are introduced in this paper by reviewing the past 20 years of CAP. Facing the higher and higher requirement in preparedness and reduction of earthquake disaster from the public and the government, the orientation and function for CAP is indicated and prospected with deepening of the ST system reformation.
