摘要： 简要地介绍了上海及其邻近海域滨海地震学研究一期工程的成果 (其中心内容是海域地震的预测)。阐述了中国和上海开展滨海地震研究的重要性 ,突出介绍了该工程的特点及各子课题取得的科研成果。该项研究的成果是我国第一次正式把陆上的地震研究推向海洋领域的尝试 ,其编制的长远研究规划也是我国地震工作者首次全面地向海洋地震进军的规划。

Abstract: The content of first phase of project “ Research on Littoral Seismology in Shanghai and Its Neighboring Sea Area” is briefly introduced in this paper. The focus is put on the earthquake forecast in the sea area. The author emphasized the importance for conducting study on littoral seismology in Shanghai and China, and introduced the features of the project and specific results of different sub-projects. This study is the first trial for our country to spread the seismology from the inland to the sea area. The long-term research program for littoral seismology is also advanced in China.
