地震应急现场调查协同交互框架研究与初步应用

摘要: 本文分析了目前地震应急现场调查的现状和存在的问题, 提出了一个基于WebGIS技术、 JavaScript组件、 OGC规范和XMPP协议的地震应急现场调查协同交互框架。 该框架基于B/S 架构, 设计利用现有Android 手持终端或PC 终端与后台服务器交互, 实现了参考地图获取、 地震灾情点标记和应急现场调查信息、 多媒体灾情数据在调查人员之间互操作等功能。 通过搭建实验性系统对该框架予以了实现, 在初步应用中表明, 该框架为调查人员提供了快速获取地震相关参考地图和对调查信息进行有效协同交互的新方法。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the present situation of earthquake emergency field survey and its problems, proposes a collaborative framework of earthquake emergency field survey based on WebGIS, JavaScript components, OGC standard and XMPP protocol. The framework is based on the B/S architecture and is designed to use existing Android or PC terminal to communicate with the back-end server. It implements functions of reference map obtaining, disaster point marking and interoperation among surveyors via earthquake emergency field investigation information and multimedia disaster data. The framework is implemented by conducting the experimental system. By primary application, it provides a new method which helps to obtain rapidly the reference map related to earthquake and effective cooperative interaction with survey information for surveyors.
