摘要: 基于GIS的地震现场应急指挥管理信息系统(MapEFMIS 2007 for Windows)是“十五”中国数字地震观测网络地震应急指挥分项中的一部分。主要为地震现场指挥部应急指挥和现场灾害损失调查与评估、科学考察等工作提供公用数据管理和信息服务,提高地震现场工作的实效性,本文介绍了该系统的设计思路和主要功能。

Abstract: Earthquake field emergency management information system based on GIS (MapEFMIS 2007 for Windows) is part of the earthquake emergency command system of the national key project of China Digital Seismograph Network during the 10th five-year plan. It is developed specially for the common data management and information service for the on-site emergency command, damage survey, loss est imation and scientific investi- gation in the earthquake disaster area. It is developed to enhance the efficiency of on-site works in earthquake disaster area. The design idea and main functions of the system is in- troduced in the paper.
